Waterford Landing at a Glance

Location: Just outside Richmond Hill city limits, so county taxes only. Easy access to I-95, Savannah and the Savannah/Hilton Head airport.

Homes: Over 300 homes, including townhomes, cottages and single family homes. Some waterfront and marshfront lots.

Amenities: Marina with 26 slips and community boat docks, optional boat storage (extra fee), clubhouse, pool, recreation park with pavilion, basketball courts and playground, and walking and biking trails along the former golf cart paths

Green space: Homeowners own more than 110 acres of the former golf course, which keeps a green buffer between the neighborhood and outside development

HOA: $1,200 per year as of November 2026

Good to know: Neighbors shrimp and crab off the community docks, and dolphins are sometimes spotted nearby. The HOA hosts cookies with Santa, an Easter egg hunt and a 4th of July celebration with fireworks at the dock.
